Author Topic: Where do I get AAZ two-stage injectors? (Read 1952 times)

Like the title says. I am a at loss so far. My nozzles are NG from when my IP broke inside. The engine runs really bad w/o injectors so I am out seeking something better than what I have now. I got a near miss locally but they were the single-stage 155bar units from a very early AAZ. I don't have the lines to connect these shorter injectors. I don't know how it would run with them anyway. Isn't the IP cam plate profile designed for the two-stage needle lift?

clearly just the nozzle assemblies would do fine. I have all the compatible BOSCH numbers for this.

If you're in the states AAZ stuff will be a lot harder to find... But we've got a fair amount of AAZs on the road up here!

I have 2 or 3 sets of AAZ injectors if you want to replace the whole injector. Giles can usually service them back to new though.

I want to thank you both for your replies. I am in California US for the time being. I wrote an email to PerformanceDiesel a moment ago. I'll see what happens. If anyone else has a suggestion shoot.
