more power... turbo upgrade?

i have an 84 jetta motor in my sami and have turned the boost pin around moved the smoke screw and the enrich screw but still i want more power out of it, it has 188,000km on it and has a KKK turbo now. any info is appreciated thanks, Mark

i have a turbo sprint intercooler i could run i have modded the pump for more fuel, larger injector available? as for increasing boost how and where can i hook up a manual boost valve the cheap kind? thanks and i love pics

get that EGT on there asap man. Don't f*** your internals.
my build has some good examples of upgrades for your 1.6TD for relatively cheap. I just got it running and it's pretty fun to drive now :twisted:
