1995 jetta coolant gasket

what is the name of the gasket that is under the housing which connects the upper rad hose to the cylinder head? The housing looks plastic. Looks like a thermostat housing.
Any one have a FelPro PN#?

Chances are, if that seal is leaking, you need a whole new housing. The housings are in fact plastic, and get warped if the head is overheated (by you or previous owner(s)). Cracking is common too.

Replacing the seal won't help if you're trying to solve a leak at that point.
