Saw you were asking about ceramic coating above...  I haven't actually done it myself but I really like the IDEA.  It makes a LOT of sense for IDI motors, especially the inside of the prechambers.  I think it's Akai(?) on here that's totally coated his motor...

That its not broken!! There are no 1.6d motors here for me to scavenge parts from but there are enough 1.5d's about.
