there is a guy I believe his name is dave and has passenger performance and he is teasing me with a website that isn't finished here:
http://www.passengerdiesel.com/
I want one as well...but I don't see one on here...I think that they are costly as well. They should be some serious money though they are made of stainless steel. Let me know if you find anymore out there.

a friend of mine owns a speed shop, he'll be fabbing me up a 3" exhaust from turbo to rear bumper... not stainless but estimated cost $350 cdn ;)
as far as i know, any good speed shop should be able to do it for under $500

well i might just cut the flange from the K03 then mount the one that fits to the k24 i made up a flange so im hoping i guess the stock DP will work
i have 2.5 inch from cat back but will be chopin out the cat and running 2.5 from DP back should be free flowing enough i would think!
what ya think about that?

I wouldn't runt the stock DP if I had a option.

The stock DP is where most of the restriction is.

If your trying to upgrade get a better DP, any muffler shop should be able to help ya.
I don't think Passenger is making them anymore :( but to be honest I don't think you need SS.

I built my own, I wasn't able to use mandrel bends but I went to the muffler shop and dug through their scrap pile, found a bunch of various 3" pipes bent at several different angles and went home and built that suka.
I didn't at that time have a chop saw so I ended up using my sawzal for the cuts turned out pretty good from what I can tell.
I used a small piece of 2.5 off the flange that the 3" just slid over. That enabled me to leave some room for the nuts on the flange.

Wish I had pics but..

Just build it :)

I went thru that, tried to get a Down Pipe from Passenger Diesel for a long time and didn't work out.

Finally bought a SS Down Pipe from Techtonics Tuning, it's only 2.25" but very good construction and it fit perfectly.  I installed their entire system with no Muffler, works very well and the entire system fit perfect and was very easy to install, only took an hour to install entire system.

well i got tired of screwing around trying to find a DP for my AAZ
i went out and bought $29.00 worth of galvanized exhaust pipe(i know its cheaper)
and fabed up one at the shop where i work! WOW am i ever impressed i made it outta 2.5 inch pipe and it flows very nice!
at avery bend i flared out the joint so there would be no restrictions when exhaust flows by and now i gots a decent downpipe for penuts i just cant wait to put it on!!!

if i knew how to post pics i would put it up so you guys and see it

To cool man.

Get a photobucket account and down load your pics there then use the "Img" button to post up here.

It may take ya a couple trys but I think if you can build a down pipe you can figure it out  :)
