Where did you pick up the braided oil and coolant lines, or did you have them made up?

I had them made to spec by a hydraulic hose shop, they were about $40 each.   They're teflon, have a pressure rating of 1500psi and temp rating of 400 degrees.   Most hydraulic shops will make you just about any hose or line you need while you wait.  They can use a fairly wide variety of fittings as well.
