Does anyone have good pics of their AAZ intercooler setup. I'm looking for a nice clean setup to model mine after.

hey i used an old saab cooler and put it where the windshield washer fluid bottle was and am going to move the battery to the trunk.  I am going to try and figure out how to get more air to it without a FMIC.  They are just really expensive and I didn't want to cut up anything.

to which car are you looking to install the saab intercooler?

why not fit a vw intercooler?

i currently have one from a mk3 tdi wing mount fitted but am looking at installing a sharan one into the front bumper for better air flow. just moved house 6 weeks ago so spending my time doing that up.

This isn't an AAZ but maybe it is helpful.  It's a 1.6 with ALH manifolds.

The IC mounts in front of the radiator. Both IC and tubing were ordered from CXRacing on ebay.  Worked out nicely but I would have perferred 2.25" rather than 2.5" pipes.
