Well I'm just about ready to hang up my wrenches!!!! This was the third time I changed my headgasket in 6months. I've gone through a snap v-belt caused an overheat, lost my footing while installing my head on the block and drop the bottom of the head on top of the injection pump. So both times I got someone to check for flatness/plane the surface. This time everything was tight till I installed a boost controller. I'm only running 11psi (indicating). And now a week later I'm seeing a small amount oil coming out of the supply and return oil ports (in between no.2 and no.3 cycl). Now I got ARP Head Studs Installed and I'm toying with the idea of checking the torque or slighty retorquing them (extra 2-5 ft-lbs). It seems its only leaking when I'm really driving hard.
Anyway I now there are alot of experts on this site, so what do you guys think.
(please spare my ego)
Cheers!
