Sounds like its an electric car. Engine from a under hood fire(150-170,000 miles) inj pump from 245,000 mile engine(TB broke) Replaced belt,tensioner and top roller.Your thoughts?

a belt is on too tight. if its the timing belt, you'll wear out the IP bushing and need to get it replaced again.

What about the other small roller, the large roller, and the water pump? Those need to be replaced as well when you do a TB job.
