Jack flaps are exactly that. They go on mk2 Jettas with the full side skirt. It's just a plastic trim piece

Bump or TTT (to the top) is posted to "bump" the thread to the top of the list in the forum. Threads are arranged chronolgically based on the last post.  

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
