some questions i still have

How much fuel do you need for a k24/t3. Ive been turning the fuel up but would i have to go into the pump timing? na pump

also what can a guy use for the oil lines? tap on top of the oil filter and on the oil pan-anywhere?

so all i need is a oil filter housing tapped, tap the oil pan. find a turbo
piping for an intercooler and an intercooler. oil lines. egt probe and gauge boost gauge anything im forgeting?

would i need a intercooler right away if i run low boost?

where can i find a new or rebuild t3 for a good price  and what size is best

what is a good/cheap egt probe and gauge to use that others are happy with?

1.9 manifold

Everyone's saying the 1.9 intake with the "D" ports will fit a 1.6 head.......yes, it will physically bolt up, but the 1.6 head has oval intake ports.....you will need to enlarge your 1.6 ports to match.  I have no idea if there's enough meat there to do that.  Seems to me there is, I think I remember a few guys on this forum doing just that.

well, it will work!If your not concerned with turbulence at the intake port, then theres no problem. The charge is pressurized anyway,so i wouldnt think that a free flowing transition is as important.Maybe if it were an NA,but the turbulence is slowed down when more air tries to take up the space in the turbulence with the pressure. On a NA gasser i would think it would be most important, as the velocity is more intense(needs smoother tract). This is not tested theory, just a theory. :DIm using a chopped alh manifold on my 1.6.One bonus is you dont have to worry about the bov :)

You can advance your pump to 1.00mm. Then turn up fuel. I would NOT do this unless you have you EGT gauge installed.

also what can a guy use for the oil lines? tap on top of the oil filter and on the oil pan-anywhere?

What is best is to take the oil lines and oil filter mount from a TD. Otherwise you can bend your own lines out of mild steel tubing.

so all i need is a oil filter housing tapped, tap the oil pan. find a turbo
piping for an intercooler and an intercooler. oil lines. egt probe and gauge boost gauge anything im forgeting?

Nope - sounds like a plan.

would i need a intercooler right away if i run low boost?

Yes, it's highly advisable - do it right, do it once..

where can i find a new or rebuild t3 for a good price  and what size is best

I would suggest a T2 to K14 instead.

The T2 or K14 are smaller, and make their boost quicker. Since you'll be running less than 9psi, these turbo's will flow quite nicely.

T3's and K24's make their boost around 3000 rpm.

It all depends on how you drive.

In regards to that Ebay link, I suggest looking for a good used one off an ecodiesel instead and save that money for your intercooler and piping.

A smaller turbo would make more sense but i already have a t3 if i rebuild it. i think if i had boost sooner i would use it too much and want more and break something.

but if i find a turbo cheap i would get a small one. otherwise i will get the t3 rebuilt.

I can;t find a turbo that fits the downpipe bolts and fits the manifold seems like some t3 turbos have the right manifold shape but have weird 5-6 holes to bolt to. seems the same with k14s
