Intercooler and Giles injection pump installed

I finally got the Porsche 944 intercooler installed as well as the "hot rod" Giles Injection Pump. It was all done just in time for Waterfest 13. I still need to pick up a boost gauge, though. Haven't turned the boost up to 20 psi as per Giles' recommendations til I get the gauge. It is pretty fast now, but it will apparently be screaming once it's cranking more psi...I helped a friend move today, about 90 miles each way, loaded up with a full size mattress and boxspring and a bunch of books and stuff in the bed of the truck, and was holding 75 mph up hills, no problem. The trip to Waterfest and back (about 200 miles or so) went off without issue, and the car was flying the whole way. Granted, she smokes a lot when I drop the pedal, which I think might change when the boost is upped.
Think it will get enough air flow?

It's a tight fit, but it's all in there...

Man I love those G60 valve covers! Wish I could find one.....
looks like you are set up. What gauge are you going to run?
I'm thinking of using the Autometer Ultra lite II's, I just bought a trans temp for my wife's Durange and it's really easy to read at night.
Sweet looking set up ya got goin there..

Thanks for the compliments on the engine bay! If you want the same look, visit a truck stop, use their truck wash, and spray your engine bay with it, it will lift just about anything off and leave the factory paint shining beneath. I sprayed off a LOT of grime, oil, & undercoat/rustproofer, and as you can see, the paint is very clean underneath. I love it.
As for the valve cover, my buddy who sold me the engine installed that for me at the last second as a little something extra, and I am very thankful for it, as it gets a lot of positive attention. I think it is a european piece. With so many td's over there, it probably is easy to find. I don't know where he got it.
As for the gauge, I'm not sure, I have a mookeeh egt I got off ebay, and might get a boost gauge of the same brand, just so they match. haven't given it a lot of thought.
zagarus - sent you a pm, and here are some more (old) shots:

I think those are Corrado G60 or Corrado steel rims. They are 15".

Looks nice... definitely turn it up to 20 psi like Giles said. I've got almost the same mods as you and it made all the difference in the world...
I thought that you couldn't run a stock timing belt cover if you did the G-60 valve cover... Does yours just clip right on? Is it a later cover? (all the ones I have are metal)...

I think my timing belt cover clips on, and yes, I can't wait to get those gauges installed so I can turn up the boost. I'll post video of it then...

My Giles pump was $1034 Canadian. Or about $960 US...then my bank hit me for about $10 currency exchange and Customs hit Giles for $25.
Of course I sent him 2 pumps.

I don't know about the timing belt cover being modified or not or what the valve cover is from. Thanks for the compliments!
