I'm interested in the CE1 cluster, or whatever is left actually...

May end up with an MKII dash in my MK1 and the tach would be a nice addition. Try finding a nice early MK1 dash that isn't cracked! I have one thats close...but...we'll see.
Can I get pics of whats left to
[email protected]? Def. would be interested in one of them though...

As soon as I find out who has the camera I'll take pictures and post them.
Early mk1 dashes that aren't cracked don't exist as far as I'm concerned

unless you buy a new one for $800

yah...i think that is why the MK2 dash is in order. I have a "nice" early one...but its still cracked in one part of the dash and I wonder what it will be like on the install...may upgrade to MK2 wiring as well...so, let me know. Def. hoping I'm one of the three that are tentatively sold

I did a mk2 dash swap in my rabbit. Overall I wasn't impressed. I didn't do a full up job though but for the amount of time I still had to invest the outcome wasn't worth it for me. Of course it was just a daily/beater car so that does change things.

Well...guess we'll see. May end up keeping the mk1 setup in...converting the gasser tach I have (though...hard to source components for it), etc. But keep me posted.

Tyler,
do you know what the number on the speedo side below the center of the needle just above the trip reset button means ? 950 or 1540
the 950 is on KM/h and the 1540 is on mph
thanks Duane
