Maybe a dumb question, but. will an high perf. cat back exhaust made for an MK3 golf gasser work on my diesel(even if i have to join it somwhere with clamps instead of the cat) cause i may be able to get one real cheap, along with some Halo headlights(with turn signals in the headlights)
what generation is your diesel? It will work on a MK2 but the hangers aren't located at the same place. It will also work on a MK3, no problem there.
sorry, i thought i put what my car is, its an mk3 golf as well, with a 1.6 TD( i know, my 1.9 dropped a valve, i had it kicking around) i just put new cam followers a timing belt, livened it up a lot, so i have a lead on this exhaust, just wanted to make sure it was a direct fit(with small modifications) thanks for the reply. what can u use for a cheap Boost controller(homemade kinda deal)?? i was thinking air regulator for compressed air?? anyone use with any success?

Air regulator should work, and I've heard a plumbing/pool pressure gauge can be used as a boost gauge
