What would you put on 1.6td? Can I make much more power with gt2052v than with k24?

i think you can get more with a vnt20 than a k24. but problebly not that much.
the vnt20 will spool quicker than the k24.

i have found that a k24 will take you past the limits of you engine...it will provide enough boost to be unreliable

the vnt-20 is definitely too big for the 1.6 engine. maybe for a heavily modified 1.6 with head studs, etc...
the vnt-15 is already a really suitable turbo. check Jake's VNT rabbit thread... he was able to blow boost tubes on part throttle! his turbo also created boost at idle by blipping the pedal.
if you found a way to mechanically control the vanes reliably, then the VNT would be a great solution to quick response, and severely out-perform the K24.

k24 blows hot air and I can't burn all fuel that 10mm pump can deliver... What do you think about k26 diesel turbo?

VNT20 is not big for 1.6, I´m running GT23V... Boost is not everything you need.
You could try K26 from Mercedes 300 12V DT. It is pretty commonly used here at 1.6 and 1.9.

Hmm, more info of what?
I had this combo in ´85 Audi 80. With vnt20 0-100 ~7,1, 1/4 mile 15,5/145kmh. With GT23V 0-100 ~6,8 1/4 mile 15,0/150kmh. Otherwise same car with 10mm pump. I ran out of fuel with 10mm plunger, now I have 12mm. Can´t wait to get it running again
Whp dynosThird one is otherwise same motor, only differences are stock T3 Garrett with 0,7 bar boost, stock revs in pump and 1 turn less fueling.

~15K with each head
Had a lot of heating problems, could be air bubbles in coolant. Never found the reason, but it cracked the head a couple times :?
