• Well according to under the hood of the car it's mechanical, but the lifters I took out of the head have no adjustment shims in them.  I've played with plenty of mechanical gas heads and know what mechanical shims look like.  So I'm assuming my head is hydraulic.  If you want a pic of the lifters I can post one.

  It's identical in appearance to my other hydraulic 16V motors lifters.(I use to be a 16V fiend.  Hence the rabbit being built in my signature)
