another question about the cam shaft: after tightening and placing the crank in exactly position, my locking tool is not exactly parallel anymore to the head, in fact it has a difference of 0.15mm between both sides, measured by sliding shims between the tool and head at both sides of the shaft. I also had to place shims between the tool and the slot in the shaft because the tool was too thin, is this normal?
How much of deviation is acceptable ??

the cam pulley is suppose to be loosened and turned to be parallel to the head. There is no woodruff in it. I ran mine almost 1/2 a tooth (or a full tooth) off and it ran great still
You want the gap on boths sides to be the same if possible, stick a .015 feel guage under each side, then time it and torque it, also, do not torque against the cam lock tool, you'll want to hold the pulley with a tool for torqueing.
