Okay, I have collected too much stuff now...
Complete 1.9 td (AAZ) motor, turbo/exhaust manifold/oil lines injectors/pump/lines, waterpump, intake manifold, valve cover/oil pan, injection pump was recently rebuild (no idea what/where/why) it is clean/media blasted/painted with paint marking on all bolts. Mileage unknown will try to get it running this week in the garage and test out compression/oil pressure
Complete 1.9 td (AAZ) motor, removed from 95 Passat 250000kms, turbo is shot (lots of play) but otherwise excellent-comes with everything-injectors, pump, brackets/serp belt system, manifolds, lines/hoses etc, ran when removed very good motor
Parts motor-1.9 td AAZ long block only dropped combustion chamber insert, major damage on one cylinder, good parts like pistons, rods, crank, cam etc.
Let me know what your looking for/interested in, I am going through southern Ontario this week (from Ottawa) Kitchener/Toronto etc and could drop off. I need to fund my 98 Jetta TDI project, consider trades for TDI stuff like a performance turbo, short block etc.

I am more then willing to ship USA however it is expensive, I would prefer you tell me what agent to use-Canada Post (USPS), UPS, Fedex, Purolator, bus, train, airport etc are all near where I work.
I don't want to part out the complete motors just yet, let us wait a week to see how much interest there is in them. I am open to offers, I have a crate made of wood that would hold them (enclosed) if needed for shipping.

Interested in a complete 1.9, could maybe live with the one with the bad turbo. I've got a couple of 1.6 engines in pieces with good (I think!) garrett turbos. One had an insert come loose in a head and made a mess of one cylinder and piston. Too bad because the engine's already been bored. The other was running but tired, rebuildable with an overbore. Both heads are tough. Interested in trades? What kind of money are you looking for?

No trades unless it is TDI, I have a good 1.6 that I cannot seem to sell as it is and my fleet is slowly getting newer!
I am looking in the $1000 CDN range for complete motors, I have yet to test the engine with rebuilt pump, it was running when removed but I did not see and cannot say how well yet-the motor is surprisingly clean, no big oil leak/sweating etc. I will inspect all crankshaft keyways, oil pressure and compression before shipping anything. Parts motor is $200.

Greg,
Tell me about the 1.6 you have for sale. I am in the market for this engine and I too am in ottawa. I'd even entertain an entire running golf or jetta (mk2). Please get back to me. PM me and we can speak via phone or what ever works for you. I'm in my shop until 6pm tonight.
Out.

Hello,
I'm interested in finding 5 1.9l rods, pins and pistons for a 2.4l swap over to turbo. Also interested in any complete 1.6 NA or T motors and maybe a 1.9 if I can afford it. the main priority here is the 5 1.9 pistons though. Thanks.

I hope to test them out this weekend. I have a bunch of parts available too, and some TDI stuff soon.

I have been searching for this down pipe and would like to know if you have it and would be willing to part with it. If you have two I would buy two off of you.

I have new downpipes only available, $195 CDN for the kidney shaped one and $225 for the round ones, they have a flange at the bottom for the cat converter.
I would sell the rebuilt injection pump for $400, it cost over $1000 for the repair.
