• I just cooked the head gasket on the 1.6td I installed in my samurai due to a faulty water pump. I'm giving up on this project as I dont have the time or money to fix it anymore.

  Brand new OEM AAZ head $800
  Giles AAZ pump tuned for 25psi $800
  Modified G60 intake with D shape ports $60
  T3 turbo, needs the waste gate actuator diaphragm replaced $100 no noticeable shaft play
  K03 turbo, has excessive play and needs a rebuild $30
  4 bolt turbo manifold $50
  3 bolt turbo manifold $50
  AAZ intake $50
  Lancer Evo X intercooler $75
  AAZ power steering pump/bracket $100
  AAZ a/c pump $75

• No pd150 intake, just the g60 an aaz and a 1.6td intakes. Its looking like I'm going to be swapping the AAZ head back onto the 1.6 block and continuing with the project as I havn't had much interested in my parts or the truck. Certain things arn't for sale anymore, mainly the head and giles pump.

• Which one? I still have all of them but I've been trying to get the engine running so I'm still holding onto some of the parts. Currently using the Aaz intake and will probably keep the g60 intake but the 1.6td is available...

• It's an oem 4 bolt manifold. Not sure of the flange but was fitted to t3's and k24s. Maybe k14's as well? I'm not 100% sure what turbo's fit on it
