People say to turn it a little bit, why not tighten it the whole way? Could that cause any issues?

If it's too tight (low) there won't be enough spring tension and fuel will come in faster than boost. You'll end up with high EGTs and smoke. This will only happen at WOT while boost is building though so you might not care.
Won't make the car any faster but it will sure make big black clouds...
After turning it way down, it does seem to have more smoke but more power too. I was just wondering if it would create any problems other then more smoke. My egt seem to be pretty good. I might back it off a little just for the heck of it. If its just more fuel without much if any gains doesn't sound very good to do all the way, oh well.
Yeah it'll go faster as you turn it down to a point, but just cranking it to the bottom rather than finding the sweet spot is not beneficial. Might as well just crank the fuel screw all the way in and Damn the torpedoes.
The idea of the LDA is purely to reduce off boost smoke. It's a balance between the fuel screw and the LDA.
