i couldn't watch/hear video as I didn't want to register on another website,but a ticking could be exhaust or lifter. if its hydro lifters it could be bad lifter or possibly need fresh oil. if its hydro lifters and lifters/cam lobes look good; if you haven't changed oil in a while, use a good engine oil flush and run at a fast idle(don't drive with flush in oil) and change oil/filter. if you use conventional oil, i use Castrol 10w-30 cj/ch rated. if you use synthetic you'll have to find some good quarts. maybe try a auto/diesel shop, or a german shop. i don't like the rotella, the Castrol is a step or 2 up from rotella.hopefully this will help.i think the first thing is to determine if the 'tick' is exhaust or possibly a lifter. and if its a lifter a visual inside valve cover is what i'd start with.if you change oil use a good filter too. napa has decent filters(air and oil; and good belts too).
