Looking for injection lines for a D24 or D24T. I believe they may be the same. Must be from a car with short delivery nozzles, which I believe all the Volvo motors had.
Will consider complete motors as well.
The D24 lines that would be the same are actually an exact mirror.
One line is different between T and NA
I don't think I've ever seen a different delivery valve on one.

I spoke with Jason last night. He mentioned his "new" IP is from Europe and when compared side to side with his "old" IP the delivery valves were indeed shorter. Lets see if we can help him out!
Paging JD!!!!
Problem solved. You can swap the complete delivery valves over without much issue.
I did however have an used with the used pump....It's junk and all waxed up. I ended up swapping over the head from it onto mine and had a local rebuilder set it up on is machine. Full fuel to 3500rpm now.
Good news! Found a friendly rebuilder then?
Found a very fair rebuilder. He tested my pump for me, confirmed the head was worn. We swapped the head, then ran it up on the bench. Just need to dial in the turbo now. It boots to 15 psi (intercooled) but spools a bit too late.

That's good news. What turbo are you running? Is your van auto or manual?

Pump or engine RPM?
Engine RPM.
Turbo is stock for the 2.4 with an upgraded cold side. (1 size larger)
Wonder how that compares to my 2 washers in the gov spring? I'm still pulling at 600 RPM, but I shift. Not sure I want to see how high it will go.
