Bought it for my girlfriends car. Never put it in. Now she is an ex. Need's one wire repair where there was a bad splice before. I can do it before I send it unless you would like to do it yourself. The plastic is in really good shape but the glare doesn't make it look like it.

I can possibly pick it up from you too so you don't have to ship it. I can solder it.
quick easy tell if ce2 or older/other... shift light... ce2 never had them...
2nd tell on ce1 or ce2... ce2 has 1 plug... ce1/late westy (85-88) has 2 plugs..
the pcb/clock/everything but tach same as gasser... so easy fix/replacement...
fyi... this one is a direct fit into a vanagon tach cluster... just swap the tach out... did that for someone many years ago...

Just get a CE2 diesel cluster.. they were actually more common in my findings..
most of the ones i see are CE2 atleast..
