my first non diesel vw in some time....thank whoever you love that my kid wasn't in the car. made it two blocks from work.
April 15th
April 19th
it's a soda can, as determined by the entire Ashland Police Dept.
From today. my first look at it since last thursday
first gasser non vw I bought in some time. Going back to the dark side.....

Been to too many calls where kids were injured or dead.

I still think her truck was totalled. the rv tow lugs were the deciding factor...she drove it away
she punched a hole through the door and also through the extended cab behind it

how the hell do you get hit in the side and the other party not get the citation? Tell me you weren't cited. Is it a no fault state? Are the insurance companies going to fight it out?

I'm ready to prove there is no way in hell that she stopped, and that there was no obstruction in her way had she (GASP) stopped where she said she was. I have so many pictures from so many sources. I wasn't cited......I was just going home from work two blocks away
EDIT: Police determined at the scene she was 100 percent at fault, although she wasn't cited. I guess they figured she was in enough trouble already. I never asked nor pressed the issue. The police deemed the truck totalled.

Glad all was well, but this is the kind of thing that makes me want to show people that I am not so nice in person. Online I can be so nice...this happens to me in person and all of the sudden we have earthquakes in Ohio
