I'm using just water, cause idk what is safe to use. Also iv just done the head gasket and all tq'ed down.. The only thing I can see, is the oil cooler.
Why are you flushing when you have not taken the problem out of the equation? lol. You still have oil going in to the coolant, you need to stop that oil leak before you flush.. I take it the hour you were flushing with oily water coming out was going down your driveway and in to the sewer as well eh

put some DAWN dish soap in with your water, it will wash the soap out, if it doesnt, then you need an oil cooler..
i would just replace it anyways.. ive seen them fail ALOT. like, at a fairly alarming rate..
just think of it, the coolant is in contact with it, and most people change their coolant about once a life time, so it tends to get slightly acidic.. what happens when aluminum comes in contact with acid? it corrodes..
Alright thanks! Do I need to drian the oil? Or can I take the oil filter right off and the cooler with oil still in the engine? And yes, there's a friggin mess of oil all over the driveway

also the rad seems clogged..cause when I pour water in it with bottome hose off, nothing comes out.. :/ soo I think that's why I keep blowing water out the expansion tank? Soo what's the best thing to clean that out? Take it out of the car and put and air compressor to it? ( Just the rad)
You might want to pull the radiator and fill it with a de-greaser type solution, let that soak a while then flush.
It could be too clogged though. I know radiator shops can take them apart and clean them out but it may not be worth it... you might need a new radiator.
Realize that if you add water to the top of the cooling system (the tank) and if the thermostat is closed, you have to pretty much fill the hole engine block to the top then it starts flowing into the radiator, which means you will need at least a gallon of water.
No, you don't need to drain the oil, you will just lose whatever oil is in the filter (maybe a quart or less) but if you think coolant has gone into the oil (if the oil like chocolate milk) then you need to change it ASAP. I would change it just to be sure, but only once you have fixed the oil/coolant mixing problem.

Ok thanks, I'm gonna take the rad out and try to flush it out, gonna try to get some degressor for work. But if that doesn't help, ill just get a new rad. And I'm sure I'm still getting oil into the coolent, I don't think any is going into the engine because I'm lossing oil not gaining it. And the oil in engine is black..but ill chang it anyways again after I figure out the problem. The water that comes out the over flow is chocolate milk..soo its still gettin oil.
