pulley # 068 121 029a ,shims # 068 121 185b
I should have a spare one. Let me check.
I need the same... If you have extra.
me three... please PM if you've got one to sell.
Hmm. I pulled my pulleys off my 1982 Quantum, and mine didn't have the shimmed pulleys on the WP. The crank pulley was shimmed. The setup looks like what was used on 1980-1984 Rabbit, Convertible and Scirocco GASSERS with AC. In fact, the part numbers are exactly the same: 055 --- --- numbers.
Another option to consider is the 1997-1998 Passat AEB 1.8T setup. It runs off the P/S pump and is a split design, without shims.
What's the application going on? I've seen some posts by Andrew, without mention of the application.
Vanagon? I've seen Andrew mention flipping them around for offset, so I don't know if the Passat setup will work on the (custom) application.
When I started this request it took a while to get any response so I went to the u-pull it and bought a couple of 2.0 w.p. pulleys with the same pilot l.d. I then machined a aluminum spacer and shims on my lathe. Does any body have the link on how to post pictures.
Audi 1.6TD, Is this the type of car in question?

I parted this car a while back and have the waterpump pulley with 5 shims. And pretty much all those boost pipes and airbox too.
UK based though.
Did that thing have an intercooler?
Yes, it sure did have an intercooler, (not very big though). It is quite a bunch of bananas all the hoses make.
Also has watercooled turbo and a temprature controlled electric auxiliary coolant pump for circulating the coolant through the turbo after engine is switched off.
