I ran across a 91 TD in the junk yard. I got the pump and injectors and vacuum pump. Engine seems fine, was in an accident. Was curious if any body wants me to pull anything.

I need a '91 master Cyl for brakes. The stealer / jobber think they are gold (~$100). Not sure what is so special about the '91
Turbo stuff? (I can always use a few extra parts...)

I would check Ebay because a lot of times they will list all the other applications for that same master cyl. If its not a 22mm already, I would recommend getting that size.

So I go there this morning, get there, can't find it. The guy says "it's been really busy here, it went to the crusher" It's only been six days since I was there. I'm just pissed! Arrggg!!!!!

You could have made some good money if you had bought the complete engine right off the bat.
If a complete TD VW engine were to ever come into a boneyard in my area - i'd be looking for a roll of toilet paper first - then immediately afterwards placing a deposit on the engine.

X2!!!!!!!
It's a bummer people don't hang on to old stuff better, it makes me sick thinking of all the vdubs that have been crushed.
