• When I owned my last diesel rabbit I bought the tool kit from the guy in germany, great quality, fit perfect, but $20 for shipping ate up a lot of money,
  
  looking at getting something like this so I can work on the newer ones if/when I get one. Thoughts? Anyone bought one of these before? Quality?

• The pump pin is handy, but the only thing you need to buy is the dial indicator adapter.
  the fancy gauge doesn't have a late model cam lock anyway.  Not that you need it, I made mine in 15 minutes with an angle grinder.

  When I was looking recently I was choosing between the Prothe set and that German set. Because of Prothe's questionable quality I was going to go with the German set...
