OK its a 6.6L duramax turbo diesel.
267,000kms on it
1st to 3rd I have power right to my fuel governer at 3500RPM,
4th to 6th I loose power when i get around 1700RPM if my foot is into it. If I come into it lightly i have more power but you don't hear the turbo. when I give it a bt harder the truck buggs and all you hear is the turbo whistle.
6th itself has hardly anypower.
The truck was working great this morning, then it started acting up

Whoa.. this is the same truck that had the gauges flying all over the place right!?!?
Maybe it's finally time for your boss to have it in for work? What were his words.. "don't come to me unless there is a real problem" ??
I think this about qualifies

I fueled yesterday morning at the I24 Cardlocks(Irving Cardlocks) about 45 minutes later i started getting problems with the truck. Now I can rev again in neutral and back to the orginal problem. The boss told me to dump 2 canisters of gasline antifreeze.
The other drive has had problems there before also. and Nat's (my gf) family as had problems with Irving fuel with water in the trucks also.

kinda almost seems like a water issue. try draining the fuel filter and see what comes out?

I ran the stuff in the system and the CEL is now off, and I've got a bit more power, its still bugging out in 4th and 5th. If I feather the peddal I get more power. Its going to the dealer tomorrow.

It does sound like it could be contaminated fuel. Let us know what the dealer says

Well the boss hasn't touched or moved the truck, if he doesn't take it to the dealer i'm going to drive it till it dies, and let him learn his lesson.
