Idling issues and EGR vacuum pipes.

Hey guys!!
My mark III AAZ golf has two EGR solonoids and both of them didnt work so I removed them. I received new solenoids yesterday and I am confused with all those vacuum pipes.
Would anyone have a diagram of the sequence of those vacuum pipes... it will really be helpful!
Secondly, Im running my car with all the vacuum pipes removed...EGR, LDA boost enrichment, wastegate, idle boost control. The issue is when I start my car in the morning the idling is normal around 900 rpms but after like two minutes it starts iding at 2300 rpms, What can be wrong with it? Is it because of all those vacuum pipes or is it cuz theres somehting wrong with the IP? My IP is with idle boost control.

Can any one please reply....
My car's also missing that black control unit sort of thing that goes into the fuse box. I guess even if I install new solenoids, EGR will still not function since that control unit controls everything as far as I understand.
If I remove the egr from the engine altogether, will the car still run fine? We dont have any emissions regulation what so ever.

Your car will run just fine with the EGR deleted.
Do the RPMs come back down from 2300 or do they stayt their? What happens if you use the clutch to drag the RPMs back down to 1000?
Is the motor actually at 2300 or is the tach just saying it is?

So when i deleted the EGR, will there be no use for those two solenoids and the control unit in the fuse box?
I can drag the rev by using the clutch but as soon as I press the clutch, revs return back to 2300.
They are actually at 2300 cuz engine is a lot more noisier. Plus car hesitates to stop when braking without pressing the clutch.

Firstly
I beleive your fuelling lever is maladjusted the idling is being controlled by the main governor spring rather than the governor spring connected to the seesaw idle thingie at the back of the pump,
secondly your timing maybe super duff - but then your engine would literally wrestle with the starter

Yes probably my fueling is maladjusted. Because it all started after i installed the 1.6TD boost pin and broke the seal and adjusted the fueling for a race.
After the race I wanted to go back to original settings but I reckon i cuoldn't.
Engine starts instantly and i never fiddled with the timings they are at factory timings. My engine has not been played with much since I imported it from Dubai and diesels in Dubai come from Japan.

if you fiddled with your main fuel screw with the metal sleeve on it, turn it back 1/4 of a turn and see what happens. idle should drop to normal - then go ahead and adjust idle like you would normally from the back of the pump and controlling the idle drop from the main fuelling lever

Hmm seen, okay will try that out. But then why does it idle fine when its cold.
Its only idles at 2300 revs when it gets hot.

Ive been there - idle increases with temperature, check your fuelling screws, when I got my Golf mk2 it was idling exactly the same as you say - cold engine - 900-1000 revs idle hot engine 1700-1800 revs - checked with a manual belt rpm tool a friend of mine gave me - once the fuelling levers were adjusted all was normal again
