• What is the lever on the front(facing rad.) of a 84 Quantum TD pump? Nopt the advance that is on the other side of the pump too. On the side of the pump, not the throttle.

• It could be an internal max throttle limiter like the type found on AAZ pumps. I didn't think mk1 pumps had this but I haven't handled any mk1 pumps before.
