I see where the drain plug is, but until I know where the fill is, I'm not draining it. Below where the arrow points there's a big plug (hex drive) but a cable is in front of it.
What's that big Hex looks like 27 mm (big circle)?
Is the small circle the speedo cable?

There's a hex plug on the driver side wheel of the tranny. That's the one you fill to the bottom of. Obviously, you'll need to take the wheel off and use a long funnel to top off the tranny fluid. Hex plug is 17mm. Same as a lug nut if you can't find a large enough hex key.
The big circled one is the selector shaft detent bolt. Small circle is indeed your speedometer cable.
Just fill it through the speedo cable hole with a funnel with a hose on it.
Speedo hole looks easier. Just remove the bolt and lift the speedo cable and the plate off? I have a qt. of Redline MTL. Is that compatible? If the old fluid is real dirty, I'd want to flush it first. What do I use to flush with? engine oi or 90W gear oil? It takes 4.2 pints is that right?

BIg funnel? CT sells a tranny fill cap that goes right on the bottle. I feed the tube into the fill hole, and then turn the bottle over, open the valve and let it flow in. Sometimes I heat the bottle in hot water to make it flow faster.

How about removing the bolt first and make sure nothing else around can fall in before lifting the cover?
