I can't seem to get teh idle set on the motor, its idling around 1400RPM,I tried the Idle set screw and its not working. And one more thing if the turbo has 3 Ks on it in a triangle what kind of turbo is it?

did you turn the fueling up or are you still at stock settings?
the turbo is a K03, good for about 15psi if you turn the wastegate bolt to the outer end of the adjustment

if fueling was turned up, the residual fuel screw may need to be turned down. it's the screw that acts like a stopper to the throttle spring setup. use lots of WD-40 a couple of times a day or so ahead and it should turn.
the wastegate is just above the turbo near the firewall. there is a rectangular safety stopper over the assembly, just remove, unscrew the nuts and replace safety thingy so it all stays put.

It could be a K14 as well.
The residual fuel screw (the one that the throttle rests on) is not the one you need to be turning. On the back of the pump either where the rod from the cold start or the cable from the vacuum pod is there is a lever with 2 screws and 2 10mm nuts.
If you have the vacuum pod you need to loosen the one that the lever is resting against with the cold start off.
If you have the rod you need to rotate the rod to adjust your idle.
You could just have bad injectors. When were they last rebuilt?
