People who complain about those random squeeks are idiots. They need a good slap of reality in the face :lol:
On the other hand though, if I paid 1/2 a years salary on a car, I certainly would want it to be flawless
I do a little wrenching on other people's cars,.. I only work on A1/A2 VWs and like to stay away from gassers but work on a few for good friends.
I am getting burnt out on it but damn I can do most of it with my eyes closed.
VW diesel owners don't complain about a rattle in the dash :lol:
but they can be a cheap bunch.
"i have a squeak behind the dash of my new passat but only on dirt roads at dusk with a S/W wind at exactly 37.5 kmh and the hvac is set at 21 o" , etc etc.
people like that need a good slap upside the head...
