• I need some help please. I looked in the search area for rebuilding injectors on a 1.6 IDI and I saw one with one post, no response, one showing the nozzle and helpful info about lapping the nozzles, and a few about pop testing and testers, but nothing devoted to the actual steps of rebuilding an injector. Could someone please provide the link??? Thanks

• Thank you, thank you thank you..... did I say thanks!!!!  If I dont have to lap too much on the parts, can I lightly lap the spring and be able to forgo the pop test??

• You will need to have them pop tested no mater what.
