hey Duane
what do you charge for a pop test/calibrate? I bought some stock nozzles for my 1.5 na and have yet to build a pop tester and didnt have the money to jump on that group buy on shims.

I took mine to a local diesel parts store. I watched him test all 4. Cost somewhere around $20.

i did Dillenger's here on the forum for 50bucks that includes lapping and new shim if needed! the lapping part is time consuming freakin kills my fingers! Dillenger sent his own new nozzels and injectors for me to rebuild and shippin money back to him!
poptesting is the easy part! i'll poptest for 20bucks all day long! rebuilding them takes the longest all done by hand!
P.S. i can set them at any bar you like also!
I bumped Dillenger's 130bar to 150bar for him for his turbo motor!
well P.M. me if you want my mailing address?
thanks Duane

I'm running some of his injectors right now. Merc tipped 155 bar injectors.
Almost 7k on them, no problems.
