Why do you need a part #? I hope you aren't planning on paying dealer prices. Just do a search for VW diesel nozzles .216 and you will get lots of vendors who sell them.

Whatever will be a straight bolt on to the manifold upgrade and compliment the injectors for a remap while not becoming too much for the std boost lumbing/intercooler :wink: I don't understand the whole VNT thing and whether or not mine has one or can use one :oops: :lol:

Heh heh the car is a lazy project, after years of full on stuff I want something that I can take apart in the morning and drive back home again in the evening at latest :lol:
engine code ALH, in a late '02/early '03 caddy van.

thats already has a vnt15 equivalent turbo, good for 140BHP without too much smoke with the 0.205 nozzles and a mild remap.
the upgrades you should be looking for should be the GT1749VA/B/C witch equip the PD130/150/160 respectively.
the PD105/115 and the VP110 use a turbo similar to the one you have.

I read this on another forum, are the .205 nozzles the existing std ones on the engine?

And the GT1749V's will bolt straight on to my std manifold? Presumably they would be best suited to the .216 injectors...?
Whats a VP110? Not seen that in any posts before.
Thanks for your help so far

your engine should have a tiny set of nozzles, the 0.205 are stock on the european 110hp versions, the last to use a vp37 pump (VP-110

)
some VA/VB/VC garrets already have the manifold cast, turbo and manifold are one piece. direct bolt on from 1.5D to the PD engines

The ALH isn't a PD though?
I'd read somewhere that the ALH is essentially a detuned 110bhp. Is this true then?
