  IIRC They don't have a tuner in-house. They contract someone else to do the job for them. So if you buy a tune for a basic setup, you may get a canned tune. If you want a custom tune it costs more (£395 = 800 USD). That said I do not have experience with their tunes, but other tuners may give you comparable or better service for less money.

• Well, I'm a little late to this thread but if anyone still needs tuning I've done my share of 1Z's.
