well sort of...
this is what i have now:
before pump being on shop to chage some seals i could give the fuel screw enough that the engine would not come down on rpm instantly and the power was very good...
now i have the stop lever on the T.shaft all unscrewed(to the point that even if the throtle would go further the rpm wouldnt go down), adjusted the idle adjuster to the point that the cold start knob does nothing but still cant get the enough fuel...
done metal HG and merc DN 261 at the same time if that matters.
the engine is a solid lifter 1.6 NA converted to turbo with all the GTD external stuff(KKK24 hiting 30 psi at redline-before)
what is missing?
how did you get the metal HG to work? did you use a piece of rubber to block off the oil return?
some of the pump internals need adjusting as well as the residual fuel screw to get the idle down. there is a limit to what you can do externally though.. after that you need to take the pump apart and do some modifying.
yes, 2 pieces of rubber.
i think that something can be wrong as if before i could get more fuel why cant now?
and what are those internal mods?
could the acelarator shaft be in the wrong position?
