Anyone have a set of pistons new or used in good shape for a 1.6 TD in oversize. I have a motor coming that supposedly burns oil. The PO said he did rings but it had a bit of a ridge in the bores , enough to catch your fingernail , he figures it broke a ring after he sold it. So I am assuming it needs boring since it has a rebuilt head 5k ago. Cheers Dan
Thanks for the tip their prices are much better than I have been able to get locally. Only $189 for a set of pistons is quite reasonable much better than the $500-$700 I have seen elsewhere. Cheers Dan
