Hey, My injector fuel return lines are worn out. I tried getting some 1/8th ID Tygon line but I don't think its diesel rated and is leaking all over the place.
I am looking for something road tested. I've messed around with this long enough!
Thank you very much.

Is it causing the pump to loose its prime and empty its self if you let it sit for a while?

Just a suggestion, but having your location in your profile would help us suggest a supplier... there are people from all over the world among us !!

vwdieselparts.com has it. Pretty expensive but I couldn't find any around where I live and I looked everywhere.

Greaseworks in Corvallis Oregon sells viton line kits, and they're reasonably priced.

i just bought a pair of 86 jetta td's on tdi club. $800 for both
one has a blown head gasket.
the other:
pump was leaking and was loosing its prime after sitting.
primed it and drove home. found the problem right away, return line was frayed and spritzing at #1 injector. new line for all them was about $4.

VW Dealership?
Is it any different to standard VW vacuum hose? It looks exactly the same....

I doubt it's the same. Diesel requires special rubber (nitrile based or other fancy synthetics).
