Here she is. A 1999 VW Caddy 1.9 D, slightly uprated with a KKK24 turbo and 12 mm rotor head, modified aneroid pin etc
It delivers 2.2 bars of boost at a EGT of maximum 800 degrees celsius. It has a 0-60 mph speed of 6 seconds. So I guess it runs fairly nice

A pic of the installed clutch:

A pic of the soon to be installed intercooler:

And the soon to be installed frontend:

And a pic of the brakes I´m currently installing, 4 piston Brembo calipers with Seat Ibiza Cupra turbo rotors, diameter 280 mm.

And 2 pics of the turbo install, it´s a KKK24 and 2.5 inch downpipe etc:

the new version of what we used to get here. Pretty neat!
Funny how your dipstick goes to the back of the block...
Get a nice intercooler in there and cool air to the filter, then you'll really be rocking!
nice job!
That looks great, that IC should make a nice difference
You are going to have major cracking issues with that welded flange unless to took the correct steps to heat the manifold before welding.
Non-dampened clutches are horrible if you want to use it as anything but a race-only car.
It´s not welded to the manifold. It´s a custom made "Bolt in" adapter made of 2 thick plates and a thick tube from the square flange on the manifold to the trapezoid shaped one on the turbo.
Looks sweet!!
What did you use to make your down pipe?
