Jeff how do you know your returns are presurised?
 To be sure its not pump return fuel. Plug return tube that goes to return banjo. Thus all fuel you see is injector xs. If you get more than almost nothing; then remove all rubber lines and see which injector is spewing
Could be plugged return line.
I ran diesel injector cleaner and it cleaned up all my injectors amazingly. I never thought it did that much but it's worth a shot after it's all said and done.
i have all brand new return lines so im going to pull them off to see which one is spewing. thanks
jeff
take them apart, clean them, reassemble them,,its no problem ,i do it all the time,,just do one at a time so you dont mix up parts................
i will add if they got a good bit of miles on them up here they get about 45 bucks per hole to redo the injectors. and you usually can tell the idle is smoother when they hand set the opening psi close together vs factory good enough in spec.
hey sounds like my problem. one of my injectors started spewing one day, and the return line looked like it was eaten or chewed.. pretty disgusting so diesel leaking all down my engine, not cool. I've got 4 rebuilt injectors coming soon and I hope that fixes the problem.
also, diesel leaks into my cylinders and is mixing with my oil... can't be good to drive it.
I'm guessing leaky injectors are broken, and not just 'stuck'
be carefull with leaky injectors. it can cause fuel knock on startup.
