g60 valve covers are pretty easy to get.  some needs to get a rubber/ plastics guy to start making the steering wheel centers again.  but i'm sure it will be costly.

I've got a G60 valve cover, great shape, although someone painted it and I have spent a boatload of time stripping it.  It does have the CCV box and "puck".  $70 shipped?

Not that costly, I got one of these up and running:

and the results have been good so far. The next big issue is creating a decent mold for inserts, one that looks 'factory', and that will that a few test runs. As well, I`ll have to try differnt types of plastic, again to get something that has a factory look and feel.

Dont worry...Im in line. I would think the hardest part would be getting the color right.  Is there any way you can melt down a few regular inserts to get the same plastic?
