FS: VNT GT2052V + VNT GT1749VB from TDI PD150 ** SOLD **
« on: July 27, 2007, 11:18:14 am »
Ok, I sell all the parts of my M-TDI set-up, because I bought a TDI PD150 engine.

Thus, My VNT20, proper clocked for 1.6/1.9 or TDI engine if the turbo is mounted up and behind the intake, that include the adaptor plate to fit on T3/K24 trapezoidal four hole VW manifold, down pipe, all the linkage + pressure wastegate actuator, return oil line, but without oil feed line.

These set-up is P&P on ALH engine, but, for the TD or 1Z type engine, that need some adaptation and imagination to fit the linkage and the actuator.

The turbo is in very very good condition, absolutely no shaft play and no oil cunsumption.

I ask 800$cdn for all these parts mentioned.  **** SOLD ****

Tintin/Jtanguay; Read this and do the necessary checks on your engines before they are installed.

I know, but that does not cause me real problem, I am a mechanic, and it does not take a long time to change and that is not too expensive.

The motor i bought from Peter has 2000km's on it.  Yep thats right!  2000km's!!!! I will only put in the BEST oil for this engine and baby it until it is broken in.

Another thing I will be installing is an oil bypass filter.  This will reduce virtually all of the wear particles that will do the most damage to the engine, and extend my oil life.

I'm also buying an engine pre-lube system from amsoil.  $400, but worth it on a PD motor.  Good for those cold days where oil pressure doesn't develop until a few minutes of driving (which by that time, the damage is already done  )

Peter also has about 3-4 PD heads just sitting in his shop.  If anything does happen, I would just buy a complete head from him and swap mine, or just swap the broken bits.
