water/air intercooler

i just bought a water to air intercooler from PWR



I will make my own kit, pump, radiator, tank.

Can someone say how big this radiator need to be???
i was maybe thinking about installing 1 or 2 heater radiators from the interior.

Do those systems work better with a low or high flow?

i bought the smallest up to 270hp for my diesel.
