Fuel pump change

Hi all,

I have a syncro T3 with an AAZ installed, but with the original 1.6TD (JX) pump. It is time for a rebuilt, and I am wondering if it would be a better option to install an AAZ pump, and do some tunning following Smog's DIY.

Morevover, what about installing a Golf 1.6 GTD pump ?

Is there any important difference in all these three pumps ?
