stock wheel offset?

how much is the stock wheel offset on a 84 Jetta with 13"?
Can't find it anywhere so I figured I would ask, also while I am asking this how wide of a tire can you fit before it rubs....

no need to answer the second figured since I got your attention I mine as well put it to good use...
