I agree about the color scheme, I am even having a hard time finding hyper links on the site due to it, somthing a little more forgiving on the eyes please :wink:

I would also be very disappointed if we lost all the old threads. I will even donate money to keep it alive if that's what it takes. At least until I can download all the threads... :wink:

I was scrolling left and right while examining the otp of the page, and I think the problem lies with the fixed size of the windows up there. Marc, if you can shrink the size of the image at top left by a centimeter or so, it looks like it can all fit.

Finally, three cheers and a huge MERCI to Marc for taking on this White Elephant. :mrgreen:

The mod has been done.. This will be a demoractical Forum so what the user want, i'll try to give them.. About the color scheme, i totally aggre to add as many as you want.. Just tell me what you would like and i will add it.. There's a lot of them on phpBB, so i don't know which could be the better one..

The old VWGTD will be up until we can transfer the database. But, i spoke the the site admin ( hotboard ) and they say that they use a 'modifiy' version of thier forum program and i won't be able to import them here.. Anyway, i'll try at least to get the database so if there's some crack that can make something, they will be available..

For the old forum, I talked to RedRotors yesterday.

I'll probably use my old website ripper program to get all the pages.

It's still better than nothing.

yeah, try to salvage the archives of old posts... they have been valuable to me as the thirst for diesel knowledge grows :lol:

new forum is okay, but i like it when all the posts are in one big pile with the newest one first... easier to see whats going on that way.

but this is cool too.. i'm used to this format from the UK corrado forums.

add more emoticons! i can't function without the little thumbs-up pic. :roll:

is there a special trick to making signatures work? ..or do they only apply to the messages posted after the signature was created... i will know in about 3 seconds when i hit 'submit'.......

What kinda resolution are you using? I tried in 1024x768 with no alignment trouble..

Choose the "subSilver" motif and all will appear normal. Great job with the logo, Marc!
