Sweet.. I was wondering about using my spare head... now that I know I can send it out to a machinist, I can look at getting it P&P'd, maybe getting a good valve job, new lifters, etc. and if I feel really ambitious. perhaps a new intake... hmm decisions decisions :)

You could get it extrude honed. Just put new valves and guides, and have the shop cut new seats in. Depending on how much they shave you may or may not have to deal with the cam bearings..

Just have the shop check it first, make sure it is useable.
