Yes, all heads it seems after 86 are the same. So yeah, clean the head surface with a good strong degreaser (if you're cheap like me, use Easy Off oven cleaner..) and inspect your head for prechamber cracks, if all good, then drop it off at a machinist and get it squared.
That's my old head... the first TD engine I ever bought. I bought it off RPM motors in Bolton IIRC
